Feed testing

A sample of the food to be tested should be taken into a sterile container.

Different feeds should not be taken into the same container as it will be impossible to identify which feed is unfit for consumption.

The weight per sample should be minimum of 100 grams.

When taking the sample, particular care must be taken not to contaminate the test material.

The material collected shall be described in such a way as to enable each batch of feed inspected to be identified unambiguously.
